It is known as “the art of eight limbs” because it incorporates punches, kicks, elbows, and knee strikes, making it one of the most comprehensive striking arts in the world.

At Combat Athletics, we believe in offering a holistic training experience that encompasses the diverse disciplines of combat sports.
Monday/Wednesday
- 1:00-2:00pm: Advanced Jiu Jitsu
- 5:30-6:30pm: Youth Wrestling (K-5th)
- 6:30-8:00pm: Wrestling (6th-12th)
Tuesday/ Thursday
- 1:00-2:00pm: Home School Fitness
- *5:30-6:30pm: Youth Jiu Jitsu
- *6:30-7:30pm: Adult Jiu Jitsu
- 7:30-8:30: Muay Thai
Friday
- 5:30-6:30: Jiu-Jitsu Drills
Sunday Scrap
- 12:30-2:00pm: Jiu Jitsu Open Mat
- 2:00-4:00pm: Wrestling
*Tuesdays = Gi // Thursday = NoGi
